GlenX, a new local nonprofit organization, kicked off its inaugural Success Summit event in 2015, offering a unique local gathering meant to unleash new ideas, inspire, and ignite the fire in the local community. Hosted by the Roaring Fork Young professionals, they approached us for some last minute help to brand, promote, and help produce the event for its big kickoff.
Our team jumped right in to complete this project within a very short timeline. We created a refreshed brand identity, designed and developed an interactive event website, executed an integrated marketing campaign using traditional and digital media channels, managed a local press outreach campaign, and were hands-on with event production and day-of event coordination.
Targeting a young professional based audience, we incorporated a bright, energetic color palette with big, bold call to actions meant to promote the event while also providing inspiration for viewers to be their best selves, the main call-to-action coming out of this year's event.
In collaboration with the YP's and local community, we put together an effective and exciting brand campaign. The results of this campaign brought a great turnout to the event itself, saw local press coverage, a jump in social media interaction, and most importantly set the organization up for an even bigger and better event for coming years.
