Fat Shack approached us looking for a new website that would properly represent the growth of their business since they initially got their start in 2010. Going from one restaurant location to six (along with a feature on the Travel Channel), they wanted a website that would display a more polished, professional brand image that would still reach their more laid-back target audience at key areas of interest - social, sales and business.
To accomplish the goals of this project, we integrated simple yet bold graphics with a clear call-to-action throughout the site. We organized the flow of the website with interactive elements to support the user’s navigation in specific directions (social, sales, and business). Additionally, we created a mobile version of the website for optimal user experience across any viewing device, and implemented foundational SEO metadata and heading tags to ensure preparation for future search engine optimization efforts.
In collaboration with the guys at Fat Shack, we successfully launched their brand new website with an intuitive, user-friendly interface that leads users to socially interact with recent company news, swiftly order delicious late night food, and request information to join the Fat Shack franchise team. This newly refreshed online presence has elevated the Fat Shack brand to best represent its company culture and customer experience as the business continues to see rapid growth.
